Shipping Policy – Little Things Palace

Welcome to Little Things Palace. We are dedicated to delivering your "little things" with great care. Because we partner with global fulfillment centers (including Zambeel), we are able to offer efficient shipping across the Gulf region and beyond.

1. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines

We currently ship to the following regions with the estimated delivery times:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): 1 – 3 Business Days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

2. Order Confirmation Process

To ensure the security of your purchase and the accuracy of the delivery address:

  • Call Confirmation: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team or fulfillment partner may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order.

  • Processing Time: Once confirmed, orders are typically packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD services in most regions.

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails because the customer was unreachable or the address was incorrect, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on our website or the courier’s portal to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty as long as the order is not placed.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the item, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our "little things." However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered:

  • Eligibility: You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

  • Free Replacement: If reported within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a free replacement.

  • Process: To initiate a claim, please record a short video of the faulty/incorrect product and send it to our support team.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders shipped outside of the primary fulfillment hub (e.g., items shipped from Pakistan to international locations), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their local government.
